摘要
随着城乡人民生活水平的提高,冬季栽培鲜菜、鲜果的温室大棚蓬勃发展,规模越来越大。但是,草帘每天都要卷起和铺放,耗用菜农很多的精力和体力,为了节约每次升降帘子的时间,设计套管式温室大棚卷帘机,每次一个或者两个人在十分钟左右的时间就能完成卷帘、放帘作业,这样可以大大延长室内的光照时间。针对温室大棚用户的实际情况,设计一种套管式卷帘机,并对关键结构进行运动分析与受力分析,对其主要结构的技术参数进行分析与计算,以完善机器结构和工作原理。该种形式的卷帘机适合棚长较小的温室大棚的设计工作,其传动方式为电动机通过二级皮带传动和一级蜗杆减速器实现减速,并通过凸缘联轴器与卷帘轴相连。该卷帘机采用一级蜗杆减速器能够很大程度上减小减速器的设计尺寸;蜗杆头数采用单头不但加工容易,而且具有自锁性能,能够在一定程度上减少安全事故。套管式卷帘机通过电动机的正反转实现卷帘和放帘作业。

Abstract
With the improvement of living standards of urban and rural of fresh vegetables and fruit, the winter of greenhouse trellis vigorous development, scale is getting bigger and bigger. But every day, careless, heigher up and lay out a lot of energy and energy vegetable, in order to save the time, every time lifting curtain design casing type greenhouse trellis shutter machine, every time one or two in ten minutes of time will finish the shutter, put shade homework, so can greatly extend indoor illumination time. According to the actual situation of greenhouse trellis users, design a kind of casing type shutter machine, and the key structure with stress analysis, motion analysis of the main structure of the technical parameters is analyzed and calculated, consummates machine structure and work principle. The form of shutter machine suitable for tents long lesser greenhouse trellis design work, the transmission way through the secondary for motor belt transmission and level, and achieve slowdown worm reducer by lugs coupling and shutter shaft connected. This shutter machine adopts level 1 worm reducer can largely reduce the design of the speed reducer size; Using single head not only worm broken down easy processing, but also the lock performance, can, to some extent, reduce safety accidents. Casing type shutter machine through motor positive &negative realize shutter and put shade homework.
