Definition of Air Pollution
Air pollution is the presence of undesirable material in air, in quantities large enough to produce harmful effects.
It causes harmful effects on human health, property, aesthetics, and the global climate.
Key point: (1) it is harmful to vegetation, biotic or abiotic.
(2) The quantities are too great to be accepted
(The pollutant concentration exceeds the acceptable lever)
