摘要
现代汽车维修技术的科技含量已越来越高,从电子产品在汽车上的应用,到现代汽车诊断设备的使用、互联网在汽车维修资讯上的应用,以及维修管理软件在汽车维修企业发挥的作用等,处处体现现代汽车维修的高科技特征。汽车维修已不再是简单的零件修复,取而代之的是更多精致零件的修复。在加入世贸组织的新形势下,重视汽修企业自身素质的提高,才能使我国汽车维修业获得较快发展。
目前,传统的节温器、保温帘和冷却风扇仍广泛应用于国产汽车发动机的冷却系统。传统的节温器控制冷却液大小循环的路线,节流损失大,工作不可靠,工作效率低,不能根据发动机的散热要求准确地调节冷却系统的散热能力;传统的保温帘是人为控制散热器的通风量;传统的冷却风扇由发动机的曲轴驱动,其冷却能力只能随发动机的转速的变化而变化,不能满足实际散热要求。而且三者的动作互不联系,工作效率低,燃油浪费率高,不适应现代汽车技术的发展。针对上述提出的汽车发动机冷却系统的弊端,从灵敏性、可靠性、以及发动机的动力性和经济性考虑出发,应使节温器、保温帘和冷却风扇实现多元联合控制,即将传统的冷却风扇改为电控冷却风扇;将传统的节温器改为电控节温器;增设电控导风板;实现上述三者联合控制,即冷却系统的智能控制。它可以根据行车速度、大气环境温度、发动机冷却水温度的变化对冷却系统的冷却能力进行自动控制,以实现发动机快速预热,大量减少发动机的传热损失和功率损失。
