摘要:目前我国陶瓷生产存在资源消耗大、能耗高、污染严重等问题,随着社会经济的快速发展,传统生产模式所带来的资源过度消耗与环境污染问题受到广泛关注。陶瓷生产过程中,产生的污染问题主要有废气、废水、废渣等。一方面应通过清洁生产,节能降耗,减少污染物的产生量;另一方面可通过末端治理,对工程排放的污染物进行有针对性的治理,使污染物能够达标排放,减少对环境的影响。

Ceramic Industrial Production Processes to the Environmental Pollution and Governance Measures
Abstract: At present, to China's ceramic production, there are problems of great resource consumption, high energy consumption and serious pollution. With the rapid socio-economic development, the traditional mode of production is under the spotlight, which brings about the excessive consumption of resources and environmental pollution. In ceramic production process, it results in the pollution problems mainly concluding exhaust gas, waste water and waste residue. On one hand, through clean production, it will save energy and reduce the production of pollutants quantity; on the other hand, by the end of treatment, to project the pollutants from the targeted management, contaminants can reach the standard of discharge, reducing the bad impact on the environment.
