内容摘要:随着经济的全球化和贸易自由化进程的加快,关税壁垒和传统的非关税壁垒在国际贸易中的地位逐渐削弱,以技术贸易壁垒为新兴贸易保护手段日益盛行。绿色贸易壁垒已经逐渐成为贸易壁垒的重要组成部分。湖南省作为一个农业大省,湖南的农产品屡遭国外绿色贸易壁垒,其中比较突出的是湖南茶叶的出口。
本文以湖南省的茶叶出口为例,运用理论及数据,分析调查湖南省茶叶出口的遭遇绿色贸易壁垒的原因及其所产生的影响,同时对绿色贸易壁垒对我国福利的影响进行了相关分析。并针对它所存在的问题进一步简要提出了我省茶叶出口应对绿色贸易壁垒的对策。

[ABSTRACT] With the quickening of the economic globalization of trade,the status of tariff barriers and traditional non-tariff barriers in the international trade has gradually weakened ,technical barriers to trade as the main new trade protective method have been Trade Barriers gradually has e the important part of Trade Hunan province as a major Chinese agricultural province,agricultural product of Hunan have met with the foreign Green Trade them,tea is particularly outstanding.
This article took Hunan's tea export as example,applied the theories and dates,analysed and research the reason and influence of Hunan's tea have met with the Green Trade Barriers,at the same time proceeded related welfare effects analysis which the Green Trade Barriers the reality of our province, according to these problems puts forward strategy to reply tea export met the Green Trade Barriers of our province.
