全自动洗车库的电气控制
摘要:全自动洗车库是一种通过电脑设制相关程序来实现自动清洗、打蜡、风干清洗轮辋等工作的机器。本文主要通过对全自动洗车库的功能要求和运行过程的分析,确定了全自动洗车库的总体设计方案。着重对洗车库驱动和控制系统进行了设计。针对洗车库的特点,主要采用了电力驱动方式。在控制部分,应用了传感器和可编程控制技术,对洗车库PLC控制系统进行了硬件设计和软件编程。由于PLC的方便可靠性使得控制系统简单明了,抗干扰能力强,省去大量的中间继电器,时间继电器。接线简单,在洗车工艺过程要求变动时只需改变软件程序即可,使设计周期相应的大大缩短,因此用PLC来设计自动洗车库的一个理想的控制工具。PLC选用西门子公司生产的S7—200系列可编程控制器,采用梯形图(LD)编程语言,完全能够满足洗车库的控制要求,实现了用PLC代替常规继电器。
本文首先对本课题进行简要的介绍,包括背景,研究意义,现状等;其次详细阐述了汽车库的总体设计方案,各个工作机构的运行分析和功能要求;再次对该系统的硬件组成、结构、选型进行了阐述和分析;最后利用梯形图(LD)和语句表(STL)进行PLC程序的编写,并对设计本课题所学到的知识和结论进行归纳和总结。

Abstract: Automatic car wash library is puter based system procedures to achieve the self-cleaning, waxing, air-dry cleaning rims and other machine.
