大学生村官政策是国家近几年来实施的大学生下基层政策之一。这项政策的实施既缓解了大学毕业生的就业压力,也在一定程度上解决了西部落后地区的人才缺失问题,有利于广大地区的政治经济发展。但是大学生村官政策在具体实施过程中还存在中很多的缺陷,由于这些制度缺陷,导致这项政策的初衷目的并没有得到根本解决。只有建立健全一个长效机制,从制度上给大学生村官以现在和未来以保障才能实现政策的目的。

Abstract
Dialectics of Enlightenment is one of the classical expressions of the Frankfurt School’s critical theories,which is the most important part of the Western text firstly introduces the background which Dialectics of Enlightenment creates,then exposes the meaning of “Enlightenment “and the relationship between enlightenment and mythology; the spirit of Enlightenment is the directive theoretical ideology of the western progress, but it degenerates to mythology, rationality of enlightenment degenerates to rationality of technology, Mass culture is replaced by cultural industry, consequently Dialectics of Enlightenment of Frankfurt School launches the critique of technology rationality and the critique of Mass culture, evolves the critique of modernity. The last part of the text introduces the sense of modernity of Dialectics of Enlightenment and the critical theory of society of Frankfurt School, it will be an important direction and reference for the development of modern capitalism and the construction of modernization, which is still processing in China now.
