摘要
制浆造纸中段废水主要包括:蒸煮污冷凝水、纸浆洗筛净化废水、漂白废水、碱回收废水及部分泄漏黑液;中段废水具有排放量大,污染负荷高,成分复杂,毒性大等特点;草浆造纸中段废水中主要污染物为植物纤维,污染物浓度高,而N、P含量偏低,可生化性很差,BOD5/~, 易产生泡沫, 处理难度大;因此,草制浆造纸中段废水的处理已普遍受到政府和企业部门的高度重视。
本设计是10万吨/d草浆造纸中段废水综合处理初步设计。进水水质为pH=4~9,COD≤3000mg/L,BOD5≤300~50 mg/L 0,ρ(SS)≤850mg/L, AOX≤20, 色度≤1000times。2009 年5 月1 日实行新标准造纸工业水污染物排放标准(GB3544-2008)规定pH=6~9,COD≤80mg/L,BOD5≤20mg/L,ρ(SS)≤30mg/L, AOX≤12,色度≤50times。这就使造纸废水“达标排放”迫在眉睫。采用物化预处理+生化处理+物化深度处理的方法处理该中段废水可使出水达标。通过分析原水水质水量,比较各处理工艺特点,本设计选用水解酸化+carrousel氧化沟+混凝沉淀三级处理工艺处理草浆造纸中段废水,可是出水排放达标。

Abstract

The design is the preliminary design of the integrated treatment of 100000 t / d straw of Paper Mill Wastewater.
