智能电网及其关键技术综述

摘要:阐述了智能电网的历史、内涵、特征及其发展现状,总结了智能电网的关键基础技术,包括集成的通信技术、传
感与测量技术、输配电设备技术、控制技术、决策支持和可视化技术。在此基础上,陈述了阿海珐输配电集团对智能电
网建设的看法:为了确保电力系统的安全可靠运行和取得最好的经济效益,并实现节能、环保和可持续发展,要把智能
电网作为一个长远的目标;优先发展坚强的输电网架,加强新技术在二次保护和控制系统中的集成应用;做好智能配电
网的建设规划,发展可再生能源;建设有产、学、研相结合的优秀的智能电网建设团队,并积极开展国际合作。

Survey on Smart Grid and Relevant Key Technologies

Abstract: The historic development of Smart Grid as well as its connotation, features, and current status are described, and the
relevant key technologies are summarized in this paper, including the munication technology, sensor and
measurement technology, T&D power apparatus technology, modern control technique, and decision support and visualization
technique. Furthermore, a point of view of AREVA T&D on Smart Grid developing is given as follows: to take Smart Grid
developing as a long-term process through which to ensure safe and reliable operation of the power system, to achieve optimal
economic benefits, and to realize energy saving, environment protecting and sus
