The Preliminary Design about the Synthesis Construction Section of Vinyl Chloride of PVC 50000 tons per year

Abstract:This graducation design is a primary designed about synthesis construction section of vinyl chloride of PVC 50000 tons every to the Zhuzhou chemical industry group scene practice pertinent dates and related dates,the design pleted with the calculation of the balance of material and heat the sign,the instruction booklet and three diagrams have been worked out.
The main contention of the instruction booklet can be briefly illustrated as follows: development history of producing PVC &VC and its production way to produce calculation of the balance of material and calculation of heat design and choice about the main design and choice about the main disposal of three wastes processing security and fire protection technology.
There are three diagrams as follows: technique flow chart with controlled factory floor-plan main equipment installing picture.
