在智能建筑的系统集成中,会采用不同厂家的设备,而各设备厂商采用多种多样的
应用软件及通讯协议给用户系统集成及管理使用带来诸多不便。所以制定一个统一的、
各厂家共同遵守的通讯协议标准,使建筑物内的各子系统更加标准化地集成,就成为十
分迫切、急需解决的问题。是一种为楼宇自动控制网络所制定的数据通信协议,
标准最根本目的是要给楼宇自动控制系统提供实现互操作的方法。随着网络技
术和通信技术的迅速发展,人们对家居的自动化和信息化程度的要求越来越高,这些要
求的实现都依赖于智能家庭网络的建立。楼宇控制网络协议是当前智能建筑发
展的重要技术,已经成为楼宇自控的国际标准,并在多个国家得到广泛应用。视频监控
系统作为智能家居传统安防系统的重要组成部分,将其引入到基于的智能家居
系统中是一项很有意义的工作。
本文首先分析了基于的智能家居原理结构,结合视频监控系统发展历史,
阐述了将视频监控系统引入到智能家居中的重要意义。
接着介绍了家庭信息中心 HIC,HIC 是整个智能家居系统的核心,视频监控系统只
是家庭信息中心上的一个部分。论述了基于 Web 的视频监控系统的框架结构和工作原
理,给出了系统总体设计、采集检测系统、视频服务器以及 Web 客户端的系统软件设
计方案。
其次,论文分析了视频数据采集,图像序列运动检测,压缩以及传输的具体方法和
实现。详述了 Linux 下利用 Vedio4Linux 进行视频采集和 Socket 数据通信,以及运动图
像的检测和报警,利用联合图像小组的 Libjpeg 库实现 JPEG 压缩的过程。深入分析了
系统软件实现中的关键技术,以及用 Java Applet 实现 Web 客户端监控软件的相关技术。
最后,论文对系统进行了总结,并就今后研究工作的方向和内容提出了想法和建议。

Abstract
There are equipments from different manufacturers in the system integration of
intelligent buildings. It is not convenient for integration and management to use all kinds of
application software munication protocols. So it is an insistent problem to establish a
munication protocol stood by all manufacturers to get a standard integration of
sub-systems in buildings. is a munication protocol for building automation
works. The prime purpose of is to provide an interoperation method for
building automation control system. Under the rapid development work and
communication technology,more information and automatic control are demanded at home.
All these are based on intelligent work. is an open protocol, which is a
standard munication protocol about the building automatically work. It
has already been the ISO standard,and used widely in many countries At the same time,the
video surveillance system is an important part of intelligent building security system.
Therefore, based intelligent home system which adopts the video surveillance
