摘要
现代,工业生产、日常生活对安全的要求越来越高。但生产生活中,可燃气体泄漏而引发安全事故的情况屡见不鲜。应用报警电路可实现安全报警,确保生产和人身安全。电路板设计中会应用很多电子元器件和集成电路,在探测泄漏气体上选择传感器。其中集成电路和传感器,会给未来的工业生产进步提供便捷和稳定的保证。集成电路具有体积小,重量轻,引出线和焊接点少,寿命长,可靠性高,性能好等优点,同时成本低,便于大规模生产的特点;传感器具有敏感度好,分辨率高的特点。该论文主要对分立电子元器件、集成电路、传感器的应用进行阐述及对报警电路的设计进行分析描述。毕业设计中要用到PROTEL软件画出电路图。一方面直观的方便了研究电路原理,另一方面在电路搭接时准确进行调试。毕业设计多路燃气报警电路,达到了对泄露气体的传感、报警,该电路满足了对安全生产的要求。并且有稳定性高、灵敏度好、电路灵活小巧、经济可靠的优点、报警直观、便于操作的好处。

Abstract
Modern idustrial production, daily life to the requirement of safety. But in production and life, bustible gas leakage accidents caused by the situation. Application of alarm circuit can achieve security alarm, ensure production and safety. Circuit design will be used many ponents and circuits in the gas leak detection, choose the sensor. Integrated circuits and sensor, which will give the future industrial production progress and stable ensure provide convenient. Integrated circuit has a small volume, light weight, lead and welding, long service life, high reliability, performance, and the advantages of low cost, easy to large-scale production, Sensor has good sensitivity, the characteristics of high resolution. This thesis mainly for separation ponents, integrated circuit, and expounds the application of sensor alarm circuit design and analysis. Graduation design should use draw circuit PROTEL software. The research on the convenience of intuitive circuit principle, on the other hand in a circuit of overlapped and debugging process can be simulated. Graduation design multi-channel gas alarm circuit, reached to reveal the gas sensor, alarm, this circuit for safety production meets the requirement. High sensitivity, stability and good flexible circuit, the advantages pact and reliable and easy operation visual alarm.
