供应链管理下企业通过第三方物流实施VMI策略研究
摘要
供应商管理库存(Vendor Managed Inventory,简称VMI)作为一种目前国际上前沿的供应链库存管理模式对整个供应链的形成和发展都产生了影响。VMI是一种战略合作伙伴之间的战略行为,它以系统的、集成的管理思想进行库存管理,使供应链系统能够同步优化运行,如帮助供应商等上游企业通过信息手段掌握其下有客户的生产和库存信息,并对下有客户的库存调节做出快速反应,降低库存双方的库存成本。
目前,许多跨国公司和国内的知名制造企业都在通过3PL企业实施VMI,并享受着由此带来的提高库存周转率、降低库存成本、提高快速响应能力、实现供应链的整体优化带来的企业价值提升。因此,研究供应链中3PL企业如何实施VMI又成为当前国内专家们关注的焦点。
本文研究内容分为三大部分,第一部分是理论知识介绍,主要介绍供应链环境下VMI思想及相关理论,阐述其应用于供应链管理中的重要作用,说明第三方物流企业参与实施VMI的可行性与必然性;第二部分探讨在供应链管理下企业通过第三方物流实施VMI所涉及的诸方面问题。最后通过日本近铁国际物流公司在中国实施VMI进行实证分析,对比中国企业,从而发现中国企业在这方面存在的问题,并有针对性地提出具体策略以及对策建议。

The research on the strategy that enterprises implement VMI through third-party logistics under the supply chain management
Abstract
Vendor Managed Inventory has exerted an influence on the whole forming and development of the supply chain as a kind of supply chain stock management modes in the front in the world at present. VMI is a kind of strategic behavior between cooperative partner, it carry on stock control with system's and integration's management thought, it can make supply chain system run to optimize in step by step, Such as helping such the upper reaches enterprises as the supplier to grasp its downstream customer's production and stock information through the information, and then regulate fast reaction in making the stock with downstream customer, reduce the stock cost of both sides.
At present, a lot of trans-corporations and domestic famous panies are all implementing VMI through 3PL enterprises to enjoy the high turnover rate of stock , stock cost reducing and high respond ability brought from this, So how the 3PL enterprise implement VMI on supply chain has e present domestic experts' study focus .
The research contents of this text are divided into three major parts. First part introduce theory knowledge, mainly introduce VMI thought and relevant theories under
