本设计为“回”字型四层中学教学楼,结合建筑设计并考虑住宅建筑的特点,该建筑采用了钢筋混凝土框架结构。如在地震多发地,使用框架结构体系必须进行抗震设计,房屋建筑抗震等级是二级,地震烈度是7度。该设计包括建筑设计、结构设计和基础设计。
建筑设计部分包括建筑的平面、立面和剖面设计,主要解决建筑平面布局和立面造型问题,此外对一些细部尺寸进行了设计。
结构设计部分主要由内力计算和截面设计组成。内力计算部分首先由基本资料计算水平地震荷载和竖向重力荷载,主要运用了“力矩分配法”、“D值法”等方法。之后进行荷载组合,并且根据其进行截面设计和计算,主要包括构件截面尺寸设计以及构件配筋设计。
本建筑基础形式选用柱下独立基础。
在设计过程中,根据国家最新规范和土木工程设计中的各种要求进行计算,并运用Auto CAD等制图软件进行辅助设计和绘图。

Abstract
This paper is designed for a “beeline” shaped 3-storey Elementary school classroom building, the union architectural design and considered the residential building the characteristic, this building has used the concrete portal frame construction. If sends at the earthquake, the use concrete portal frame construction system must carry on the earthquake resistance design, the construction earthquake resistance rank is two levels, the earthquake intensity is 7 degrees. This design including architectural design , structural design and foundation design.
The architectural design part including the architectural plane, building elevation and profile design, mainly cope with the problems of the plane layout and facade formation, and designed to some detailed dimensions.
The structural design part posed by internal force calculation and cross-section design. The internal force calculation part calculated the horizontal seismic load and the vertical gravity load by the basic data, which mainly used the methods of “Moment of force method of distribution”, “D value method” etc. Then to do the cross-section design and calculation on the base of bination, which including section size of ponents and reinforcing bars design.
This building foundation adopts independent foundation under the column.
This design is in accordance with every stipulations of the national latest specifications and civil engineering design and to do aided design and draft using graphics software such as Auto CAD etc.
