摘要:本文主要研究基材中苯乙烯的含量和不同的增粘树脂对热熔胶性能的影响。热熔胶的制备一般可分为两个工序,即胶熔体的制备和成型,先用密炼机混合HYBRARTM7125(HYBRA RTM7311)、C5石油树脂(松香甘油酯),充分准备后冷却、固化成型。性能研究部分则是用平板硫化机压制成一定规格的薄片,将薄片在裁片机上裁成哑铃状样条,测其宽度厚度,用万能压力机测试其拉伸强度,将密炼好的样品粘接铁片,用万能压力机测试其拉伸剪切强度。本文涉及的条件有密炼机的温度、平板硫化机的制片时间和压强,收集数据并进行分析,确定苯乙烯的含量及不同的增粘剂对热熔胶性能的影响。
