摘要
在计算机普及以前,小区主要用手工记账的方法管理电费财务,这种方式不仅浪费大量的人力、物力、财力,而且不适合管理和保存。随着计算机的广泛应用,大多数小区开始利用相关计算机系统来管理小区的电费财务,使得小区的电费管理更加高效,用户对电费的查询更加便捷。
本管理系统是单机版电费管理系统。作者在开发本系统时采用Visual ess 2000数据库软件作为程序主要开发工具,运用Visual Basic完成了程序的界面设计及主要功能的具体实现,ess 2000完成了数据库系统的具体设计。
该系统采用Visual Basic和ADO,实现用户用电信息的快捷录入;方便小区物业公司根据用户的实际用电情况进行登记,然后自动计算各用户的电费总额;管理各用户的预存金,以及现金收付情况,实现电费的批量收款及单笔收费,实现对用户用电情况、款项使用情况登记操作;并且提供给小区用户查询个人用电信息、打印有关电费报表等服务。
本文简要介绍了“某小区电费管理系统”的设计思想,并概括地说明了该系统的功能及特点。该系统功能完善、界面友好、操作简单,具有综合查询和报表打印等功能,能充分满足不同层次用户需求。

Management system is use the stand-alone version electric charge management develop this system, the author use Visual Basic and Access2000 data bases software as the main development tools of this program. Visual Basic is used to realize the interface design and the specific realization of the main functions and Access2000 is used to plish the detail design of database system.
