内容提要
在高中生人际交往中,同学关系是最重要的方面,高中生同学关系行为困扰状况如何,将严重地影响到他们的学习、生活和健康心理的维护,以及健全个性的培养。
通过对北京市东城区部分高中生进行调查,发现:高中生同学关系行为困扰总体状况和具体行为因素现状情况较好,在与朋友相处上困扰较少,在困扰具体行为因素中,“交际与交友方面”存在着较严重的问题;高中生同学关系行为困扰校际差异明显,不论是在总体上,还是在具体行为困扰因素上,重点高中学生明显好于普通高中和职业高中,职业高中学生同学关系行为困扰严重的比例较大,问题突出;高中生同学关系行为困扰在性别上存在一定差异,在总体和具体行为困扰因素上女生要好于男生;年龄因素对高中生同学关系困扰问题无明显影响。造成这种状况的原因主要是:学校因素、学生自身因素、家庭因素和社会因素等方面对高中生同学关系产生影响。因此,应从以上各方面加以改善,共同寻找解决问题的方法和途径,帮助高中生解决同学关系困扰问题,使他们成为身心键康的“社会人”。

Abstract
Schoolmate relationship is the most important aspect in the intercourse of senior high school students. The behavioral obsession state of schoolmate relationship would affect student’s study, daily life, maintenance of mental health and cultivation of perfect personality very seriously.
In the course of the investigation among part of the senior high school students in the Dongcheng District, Beijing, this author has drawn some discovery: The collective state of concrete behavior and obsession in schoolmate relationship is preferable, and there is less obsession in the intercourse of friends. “munication and making friends” are very important in the obsession of concrete behavior; Difference of relation obsession among schools is apparent. The obsession state of students in the key schools is much better than those in the ordinary and the vocational, and the state of obsession among students of the vocational senior middle school is more serious, which occupies a big percentage of the three, not only as a whole, but also in the specific aspects. There is some sex difference in the obsession of schoolmate relationship, which indicates that female students are much b
