前言
机械毕业设计是完成大学全部课程,并进行了毕业实****的基础上进行的一个重要的教学和学****提高环节。这次设计要求我们能综合运用所学的基本理论并结合生产实际中学到的实践知识,独立地分析和解决工艺问题,初步具备了设计一个中等复杂程度机械设备的能力,也是熟悉和运用有关手册,图表等技术资料及编写技术文件的一次实践机会,为今后从事的工作打下良好的基础。
此次设计的课题是WC200平面二次包络弧面蜗杆专用机床设计,蜗杆传动是机械设备中常用的一种机械传动。它的主要优点是传动比大,结构紧凑,工作平稳和噪音小。但是也有发热大,效率低,点面易磨损和产生胶合等缺点。目前,这种新型蜗杆传动广泛应用在冶金、矿山、化工、军工机械等设备中。这种新型传动蜗杆的形成原理是齿面以平面为母面,按平面齿齿轮——平面包络弧面蜗杆传动的共轭啮合运动包络形成。若进行二次包络,蜗轮工作齿面就是以该平面包络的弧面蜗杆齿面为母面,按新型传动要求的共轭运动包络形成的。
通过此次毕业设计使我们熟练地综合运用已学过的基础课、技术基础课和专业课认识,分析解决生产实际问题的能力,同时学到处理实际工程问题的工作方法。锻炼了我们制定设计方案、调查研究、结构设计、实验分析、理论计算和计算机编程以及绘图和撰写技术文件的能力。
