随着科学技术的发展和社会生产的进步,工业上对机械产品部件的要求的提高,和机械产品成本的降低,手工操作已无法满足工业上的需求。在这种情况下,卷板机作为替代人工操作的机械而产生。
根据卷板机应用领域的不同,它的加工精度、生产效率、弯曲工艺、交互界面也有所不同。由于技术的限制和世界发达国家相比,还存在一定的差距。在卷板机在工业中角色愈发重要的情况下,对其的技术的提高,有着相当高的要求。
根据三点成圆的原理,利用工作辊相对位置变化和旋转运动使板材产生连续的塑性变形,以获得预定形状的工件。
两下辊为主动辊,上辊为压下辊,上、下工作辊由同一台电动机驱动:下辊由电动机通过减速器驱动旋转,送进板料;上辊由电机-减速器-蜗轮蜗杆-丝杠螺母传动机构,将电机的旋转运动转变为直线运动,带动上辊实现上下升降运动。
在本文中,针对卷板原理和工艺进行分析,通过对其工艺参数的确定,对其电机和减速器进行选择设计,完成一个卷板机的设计。

ABSTRACT
Along with the science and technology's development and social product's progress, with the industry engineering products parts request's enhancement, and cost reduction, the manual operation has been unable to satisfy industry demand. In this case, the Lapping Machine has arisen as the substitution manual control's machinery.
According to the Lapping machine application domain's difference, its working accuracy, the production efficiency, the curving craft, the interactive contact surface also different. But its cardinal principle is the same. Because of the technical limit, the internal produced Lapping pares in the technical level has certain disparity with the world developed country. Because of the Lapping machine is more important in the industry, it has the quite high request at the technology's enhancement.
Based on three points makes a circle, the work piece using the working roll’s relative position change and the rotary motion to make the plate continual plastic deformation, obtains the predetermined shape.
Two lower roll as action rollers, the upper roll as press lower roll. The top and bottom working roll actuated by the same motor: The lower roll revolving actuated by the electric motor through the reduction gear, feeds in the panel; The upper roll by the electric motor - reduction gear - worm gear - feed screw nut transmission system, transforms electric motor’s rotary motion into the rectilinear motion, drives the upper roll to realize the vibrato fluctuation movement.
