哈尔滨市阿城区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心黑龙江哈尔滨150300 【】目的:探讨妇产科腹部手术切口感染的原因,对相关因素进行分析并提出护理对策,为其寻找最佳的预防措施与方法。方法:选取2014年6月一2015 年7月妇产科腹部手术患者90例,并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,从患者自身、手术及用药3个方面分析切口感染的相关因素。结果90例妇产科腹部手术患者中有5例出现切UI感染,%;经对比发现,自身因素中,年龄&ge;60岁、AS A分级III级、血红蛋白水平<110g / L、体重指数&ge;22、住院时间〉7d及伴有基础疾病或感染与切口感染相关,%、 %、%> %、%、%,差异有统计学意义(P <);手术因素中,手术时间&ge;2h、急诊手术、接台及非主刀缝合人员与切口感染相关, %、%、%、%,差异有统计学意义(P <); 用药因素中,预防性应用抗菌药物和围术期用药等因素与切U感染相关,差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论:妇产科腹部手术切口感染的影响因素较多,在围术期应引起重视,及时采取相应的护理措施,降低切口感染的发生率,保证患者的生命健康。
