目的:对妊娠糖尿病的患者的血糖检验结果进行研究。方法:选取于2013 年3月-2015年4月期间在我院接受治疗的55例妊娠糖尿病患者,并给予患者饮食控制、运动疗法以及胰岛素治疗,对治疗前后患者血糖的变化进行比较。结果:治疗前患者的空腹血糖平均为(±) mmol/L,治疗后患者的空腹血糖平均为(±) mmol/L,则治疗后患者的空腹血糖显著低于治疗前,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<)o结论:对妊娠糖尿病患者给予饮食控制、运动疗法以及胰岛素治疗能够显著降低患者的血糖,血糖检验结果能够为治疗方案的选择以及预后的评价提供关键指标。

Abstract Objective: To gestational diabetes blood sugar test results of patients
studied. Methods: in March 2013 -2015 during April in our hospital treated 55 cases
of gestational diabetes, and administered to a patient diet control, exercise therapy
and insulin therapy to changes in blood glucose before and after treatment pared. Results: Before treatment, the patient's fasting blood glucose average( ± ) mmol/L, after treatment, mean fasting glucose ( ± ) mmol/L, the treatment of patients with fasting blood glucose was significantly lower than before treatment, the difference significant,statistically significant(P <). Conclusion: gestational diabetes were treated with diet, exercise therapy and insulin
therapy can significantly reduce the patient's blood glucose, blood glucose test
results can provide a key indicator for the selection and evaluation of the prognosis
of the treatment regimen.
