v带被广泛应用于动力传递中,几乎所以的车辆和机床,还有其它机械均应用了v带传动装置。因此,对v带传动的设计是十分重要和必要的。这篇文章主要介绍了运用优化设计对v带传动进行设计的一般方法和具体过程,优化设计是20世纪60年代发展起来的一门新学科,它是基于计算机技术的一种相当有效的、能寻找出最优结果的设计方法。该设计仍然运用了传统的机械设计方法,但是它又不同于传统的设计方法,因为它还采用了名为visual basic 的软件,该软件能极大地提高工作效率和设计精度,并能很大程度地减少工作时间。总的来看,该设计包含数学模型的建立和程序的编制。前者应当被首先完成,然后才能进行后者,因为程序的编制必须以数学模型和其约束条件为基础。当所以工作完成以后,我们可以得到一个操作界面,在该操作界面上有一些文本框和按钮,我们可以输入一些已知条件,然后由程序自动进行优化,并得到结果。

The V-belt Drive Design Based On Visual Basic
Abstract
The V-belt are widely used for power transmission,almost all the vehicles and machine tools and other machines employ the v-belt drive. so the design of v-belt drive is very important and article mainly introduce the method and the detailed process of the designing of the v-belt drive by using Optimal Design which is a new subject developped from the 1960s,and it is a fairly good way to search for the best result of the design based on puter technology. The design still use the traditional means of machinery design, but it is very different from the traditional means,because it also adopt a soft ware named Visual Basic,which can greatly improve the work efficiency and accuracy and cut short the work sum up, the design consists the building of mathematics model and the automation programming. The former should be finished first, and then the later,because the programming must based on the mathematics model and it’s limited all the work pleted, we can get a operate interface,in which there are some text frames and buttons, we input a few known conditions,and then the programme can do the choice design automatically,and can display the result to us.
