Shell气化炉合成气冷却器积灰
原因及应对策略

摘要: 结合龙宇煤化工有限公司煤气化装置的运行经验,研究了 Shell气化炉在运行过程中出现的合成气冷却器
积灰的问题;分析了合成气冷却器积灰的原因,实施了相应解决方案。结果表明,煤质是决定合成气冷却器积灰的
重要因素,配煤可以有效地解决合成气冷却器的积灰问题。

Abstract: bination with the running experience in the coal gasification p lant of Longyu Coal Chem ical pany L td. , author has
studied the ash deposition p roblem of syngas cooler, existing in the running p rocess of Shell gasifier; has analyzed the reason of ash deposition of syngas
cooler, has performed the app rop riate solution scheme, the result indicates that the important factor for the ash deposition of syngas cooler is determ ined by
the coal quality, the coal formulating can effectively solve the ash deposition p roblem of the syngas cooler.
