摘要
本文以富康发动机为研究对象,具体阐述了其常见故障与维修方法,并结合具体事例,总结出维修心得。
富康发动机属化油器式发动机,根据其结构特点,将其分为了曲柄连杆机构与配气机构的故障诊断与维修,燃油供给系统(化油器式)的故障诊断与维修,点火系统故障诊断与维修,润滑系统故障诊断与维修,冷却系统故障诊断与维修以及起动系故障诊断与维修六大维修系统。
富康发动机的常见故障有气缸压力过低,怠速不稳,加速不良,起动困难等现象。
根据获取诊断对象技术状况检测手段的不同和故障诊断分析与判断自动化程度的不同,汽车故障诊断方法可分为人工经验诊断法、仪器仪表诊断法和智能诊断法。另外,根据我个人在汽车维修实践中的经验,还采用了隔离怀疑部件法和排除法,而且非常行之有效。

Abstract
In this paper, as the research object Beverly engines were discussed in detail mon faults and maintenance method, and specific examples, summed up the repair experience.
Beverly is the engine carburetor engine, according to its structural features, will be divided into the crank and valve train mechanism of fault diagnosis and maintenance, fuel supply system (carburetor type) of fault diagnosis and maintenance, ignition system failure Diagnosis and maintenance, fault diagnosis and maintenance lubrication system, cooling system fault diagnosis and maintenance and system fault diagnosis and maintenance starting six maintenance system.
mon faults of engine cylinder pressure is too low, idle instability, poor acceleration, starting difficulties and so on.
According to the state of technology for diagnosis of objects of different means of detection and fault diagnosis analysis and determine the different levels of automation, automotive fault diagnosis method can be divided into human experience in diagnostics, instrumentation, diagnostics, and intelligent diagnostics. In addition, according to my personal practice in the automotive repair experience, but also by the isolation method and the elimination of ponents, and very effective.
