摘要: 当今,伴随着气候问题的升温,环境问题、生态问题、人与社会的和谐发展等问题凸显出来。在气候问题备受国际社会关注的大背景下,发达国家提出对未达到碳排放标准的进口商品征收碳关税,来保护环境。美国则通过了对包括中国在内的不实施碳排放限额国家的进口产品征收碳关税的法案。中国和美国作为碳经济大国,碳关税的征收对双方贸易都会有一定的影响。本文将在分析碳关税征收后的中美双边贸易关系的基础上,通过博弈分析,说明中美贸易问题的走向,并就我国政府如何应对,提出了一些建议和措施。
Abstract: Today, along with climate warming, environmental issues, ecological issues, the harmonious development of man and society issues attract more and maore attention. In the context of the climate issues ,much of the munity against the backdrop of the developed conntries failed to meet the proposed right of carbon emission standards to impose carbon tariffs on imported goods to protect the environment. The adoption of the United States, including China, the non-quota countries in the implementation of carbon emissions impose carbon tariffs on imports bill. China and the . economic power as a carbon-carbon tariffs levied on the bilateral trade will have a certain impact. This article will analyze the carbon in the imposition of tariffs on the basis of Sino-US bilateral trade relations, through game analysis shows that the trend of Sino-US trade , this paper also give some measures to our government to solve these problems.
