摘要
固定资产管理对每个企业单位都是十分重要的工作。重庆渝北职业教育中心
固定资产种类和数量较多,如何对学校的固定资产进行科学管理并提高它的使用
效率,让其保值增值、防止资产流失是渝北职业教育中心固定资产管理工作中迫
切需要解决的现实问题。
本系统以 Windows 2003 Server 为系统平台, 为开发工具进行系统设计。
数据库系统采用 SQL Server 2008 数据库系统,基于 基础上的系统框架,
采用 B/S 结构,实现了渝北职业教育中心固定资产管理系统各项功能模块的设计。
本文在对渝北职业教育中心固定资产管理运作流程调研的基础上,针对该校
业务的复杂性,设计出一款适合渝北职业教育中心的固定资产管理系统。
具体内容如下:
(1)从渝北职业教育中心固定资产管理的实际出发对整个固定资产管理系统
的开发意义和选题背景进行了描述。
(2)分析与阐述了国内外企业、学校在固定资产管理方面的研究现状与固定
资产管理方面存在以及需要解决的问题。
(3)研究如何使用 技术实现固定资产管理系统,讨论了系统管理、
项目合同、卡片管理、资产申购管理、资产入库管理、资产调拨管理、资产维护
管理、资产报废管理、资产盘点管理等主要功能模块的功能以及流程。
(4)设计了固定资产管理系统的数据库以及物理拓扑结构和架构,并对主要
功能模块用到的类进行了分析。

ABSTRACT
Management of fixed assets of pany unit is a very important work.
Because Chongqing Yubei vocational education center fixed asset type and quantity,
How to manage the school's fixed assets scientifically and improve its use effectively,
make its value, prevent the loss of assets are the practical problems which t Yubei
vocational education center needs to solve urgently during the fixed assets management.
The system uses Windows 2003 Server as the system platform, as a
development tool for system design. The database system adopts SQL Server 2008
