摘要
目前,现代工业生产,如食品、医药、日用品、化工产品、电子产品等生产中,主要包括三大基本环节,即原料处理、中间加工和产品包装。包装是工业生产中相当重要的环节。包装机械是使产品包装实现机械化、自动化的根本保证,因此包装机械在现代工业生产中起着重要的作用。
本文对国内外包装机械的现状及发展趋势进行了综合阐述,对包装机械进行了分类和研究;对槽母线塑料膜包装机的总体结构进行了简单的设计,其中包括包装机的执行机构和传动机构的设计,展现了包装机裹包物体的一个过程。它可以大幅度地提高生产效率,降低劳动强度,改善劳动条件,并且能防止产品的散失,及保护了环境,又节约原材料;有利于被包装产品的卫生,提高包装质量,增强市场竞争力。
通过此设计,实现了包装机对产品的裹包功能,达到了自动灵活、安全、节能的目的。

Abstract
At present, the modern industrial production, such as food, medicine, daily necessities, chemical products, electronic products, such as production, including the three basic segments, namely, raw materials processing, intermediate processing and product packaging. Packaging is very important to industrial production levels. Packaging Machinery is to make product packaging mechanization and automation of the basic guarantee, so packaging machinery in the modern industrial production plays an important role.
In this paper, the status of packaging machinery at home and abroad-class integrated development trends of the packaging machinery are classified and research; on bus slot machine plastic film packaging for the overall structure of a simple design, including the implementation of the packaging machine and drive Design, packaging machine demonstrated a process wrapping objects. It can greatly improve productivity and reduce labor intensity and improve working conditions and to prevent product loss, and the protection of the environment and conservation of raw materials; packaged products in favor of the public health, improve the packaging quality, and enhance petitiveness.
With this design, the realization of the packaging machine of products wrapping function, to an automatic flexible, secure, energy-saving purposes.
