课题: 基于单片机的温湿度自动控制仪的设计
摘要
人类的生存和社会活动都与温度湿度密切相关。随着现代化的实现,无论是企业还是事业、无论是医疗卫生还是科学研究都很难找出一个与温度湿度无关的领域来。所以温度和湿度的测量成为日常生产生活最常见的测量活动,在市场上我们随处可见各种温湿度测量仪器,本设计就是一种简单适用的空气温度和湿度的检测仪器,它能精确实时的测量出空气的温度和相对湿度。通过装置上的LED来实时显示空气的温度和湿度。本设计的产品不但适用于家庭,也适用于温度范围在-55℃~125℃内的所有场所。如:蔬菜生产的温室、工厂等。其具有结构简单娇小、设计制造成本低、适用范围广、设计成品便于携带等优点。
利用单片机实现的高精度实用性温湿度控制系统,它由AT89C51单片机进行控制,内接了封装体积小,由于采用数字式温度传感器,因此具有成本较低、使用简单、工作可靠等特点。
  本设计主要由温度、湿度采集、CPU控制、驱动电路、显示几部分组成,是基于DS18B20、HS1101传感器的温湿度系统并能够完成两路温湿度的循环检测,及温湿度上下限的控制。该设计能够实现温湿度的同时检测,温湿度传感器能够根据外界温湿度的变化将环境值显示在相应的数码管上的功能。温度测量采用了DS18B20温度传感器,具有较高的精度和重复性;湿度测量采用了HS1101电容式相对湿度传感器;通过LED控制驱动器ULN2003驱动了6个LED数码管。而使系统可以方便地实现温度、湿度的实时控制。
