摘要
随着生产技术的飞速发展和经济全球化,“地球村”和“世界工厂”的出现,在现代化生产中,通过降低原材料成本和提高设备本身生产能力的手段,来提高企业的效益已经变得极其有限。于是,现代物流成为了一个新的经济增长点,物流是企业的第三利润源泉,整个物流系统中却蕴藏着巨大的潜在经济效益。这就是本文研究适应企业实际业务的物流中心选址问题的理由。
在传统的物流中心选址模型中,大都假设物流系统中所涉及的库存费用、运输费用、需求量、运输时间等关键因素为已知常数,然后根据要求确定一个或多个物流中心。但在实际情况中,有些影响物流中心选址的因素是不确定的,例如地理因素,经济因素,环境因素,运输时间受交通状况影响等,从而形成了物流中心选址的不确定环境。在复杂的物流系统设计时,应该把这些不确定因素考虑进去。
本文全面介绍了物流中心及网点布局的相关概念;阐述在重心法理论指导下的物流中心选址的方法,其中讲述了重心法的发展情况、优势、基本原理和应用重心法的基本步骤;着重阐述了影响实际选址问题的因素、模型构建和求解算法,最后将重心法应用到实例之中,求出最优的物流中心地址是有效地、符合实际情况的。

Abstract
With the production technology and the rapid development of economic globalization, the "global village" and" world factory ", in modern production, by reducing the cost of raw materials and equipment to improve their own means of production capacity, to improve the efficiency of enterprises has e very limited. Therefore, modern logistics has e a new economic growth point, logistics is the third profit source of enterprises, and the whole logistics system contains the enormous potential economic benefits. This is the article research to the actual business enterprise logistics center location problem.
In the traditional logistics center location model, mostly assumptions that are involved in the logistics system of inventory costs, transportation costs, demand, transportation time, and other key factors as the known constant, and then based on the required one or more logistics center.
