温室大棚中温湿度测控系统的设计

摘要
温室大棚在农业部门中快速发展。传统的温度控制是在温室大棚内悬挂温度计,工人根据读取的值去调节大棚内的温度。仅仅依靠人工去控制,既消耗了人力物力,还比较容易发生差错,而且随着温室大棚规模的不断发展,大棚数目的不断增多,要求也越来越提高,迫切要求在现代化的温室大棚建设中实现温湿度的自动测控系统,以控制温室大棚内的植物生长环境。
本设计是基于AT89C51单片机的温湿度测控系统。该系统是利用温度传感器AD7416,湿度传感器SHT11分别对大棚内的温度、湿度进行采集,温湿度值由单片机处理,最后由单片机去控制数字显示器,从而显示出大棚内的实际温湿度值,并且通过与设定值比较,分析是否超出设定范围,如果超过了预先的温度设定,温度报警器就会发出报警,并同时对温室大棚里的温湿度进行相应的控制。设计方案能对多点的温湿度进行定时巡检,并且可以利用单片机的串行口,通过RS-232串口通信将所测得温湿度数据传送到计算机中,进行处理。此设计方案实现了对温湿度的测量,显示和控制。该系统具有抗干扰能力强,有较高的测量精度,安装简单方便,性价比较高,可维护性好等一系列优点。该系统实现了对温湿度的实时控制,是一种比较经济、智能的方案,适于大力推广,以便于促进农作物的生长,提高产量,以带来较好的社会经济效益。

Abstract
With he greenhouse is a rapid development of the agricultural sector. The temperature control is hanging thermometer in the greenhouse workers to adjust the temperature in the greenhouse according to the values read. Rely solely on human control, costly in both human and material resources, more prone to error, and with the continuous development of the scale of the greenhouse, shed the growing number of requirements are also getting improved, there is an urgent requirement in the modern greenhouses construction automatic temperature and humidity control system, to control the plant growth environment within the greenhouse.
The design is based on AT89C51 microcontroller and digital temperature control system of the single-bus technology. The system temperature sensor AD7416, the humidity sensor SHT11 acquisition within the greenhouse temperature, humidity, temperature and humidity values processed by the microcontroller, and finally by the microcontroller to control the digital display, which shows the actual temperature and humidity values in the greenhouse, and pared with the set value, the analysis beyond the set range, if more than the prior temperature setting, the temperature alarm will alarm, and at the same time the corresponding control temperatu
