摘要:为了改善 YAG 纳米粉体的分散性,以聚丙烯酸(PAA)为分散剂,通过共沉淀法制
备了 YAG 纳米粉体。采用 X 射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)研究了 PAA 分散剂对
YAG 前驱体粉末的团聚、YAG 粉体的物相、形貌和分散性的影响。结果表明:加入 PAA
分散剂有利于分散前驱体颗粒,使前驱体煅烧时不易团聚,得到分散性更好的 YAG 粉体,
且分散剂不会影响煅烧后 YAG 粉体的纯度,有利于后期 YAG 透明陶瓷的制备。

Abstract: Yttrium aluminum nanopowders were prepared by co-precipitation with polyacrylic
acid(PAA) as the dispersant in order to improve the dispersibility. The YAG precursor and calcined
powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to
study the effect of dispersant PAA on the agglomaration of the YAG precursor, as well as the phase
and dispersibility of YAG nanopowders. The results show that adding PAA dispsersant can reduce the
degree of agglomeration of the YAG precursor and improve the dispersibility of YAG powders. Also it
can’t introduce any impurity or second phase to YAG powders during calcination, which is benefical to
the preparation of YAG transparent ceramics.

0 引言
钇铝石榴石(Y3Al5O12,简称 YAG)陶瓷具有优良的
