摘要
作为新能源汽车行业产业化的突破口,纯电动汽车耗电量少、车身重量轻,舒适安全、节能环保,具有较高性价比,深受使用公共交通汽车的消费者以及私营企业作为班车的青睐。
近几年,我国掀起了电动汽车研发的热潮,各地的院校、汽研所相继研制开发了微型纯电动电动轿车、大型电动客车、微型厢式纯电动电动车等。
本文主要研讨中低速纯电动汽车的整车动力匹配计算,利用用汽车理论的相关知识,选择一种可行的中低速纯电动汽车的动力匹配方案,进行动力系统主要参数设计与计算;在得到计算结果后,选择现有符合设计要求的电机;用软件建立电机三维模型,并实现装配仿真;最后依据整车装配需求进行整车车架结构设计;由于续航里程问题成为制约现有电动汽车发展的严重障碍,本设计采用换电模式解决这一问题,实现快速更换电池,进而达到不间断行驶目的。

ABSTRACT
As a breakthrough for the development of new energy automotive industry industrialization, pure electric vehicle power consumption, light weight, fortable safety, energy conservation, environmental protection, high cost performance, favored by consumers to use public transport cars and the favour of private enterprise as a bus.
In recent years, our country raised a hot wave of the electric car research and development, universities, around the bari essively developed micro electric electric cars, large electric passenger cars, mini van, pure electric vehicles, etc.
This article main discussion in low-speed all-electric vehicle dynamic matching calculation, using the theory of using a car related knowledge, choose a feasible pure electric vehicles at low speed in the dynamic matching scheme, main parameter design and calculation for power system; After the calculation results, the select an ply with the design requirements of motor; The motor 3 d model, set up by using the software and assembly simulation; Finally on the basis of vehicle assembly requirements in terms of the vehicle frame structure design; Due to range issues e a serious obstacle restricting the development of electric vehicles, the design adopts in electric mode to solve this problem, achieve rapid replacement battery, thus achieve uninterrupted driving.
