摘要:为了解决煤矿胶带输送机胶带在生产过程中易产生纵向撕裂问题,给出了一种基于
NI(National Instruments)机器视觉技术的胶带纵向撕裂检测系统。利用 NI 机器视觉中的智能
相机自动检测技术,采用两款 NI 公司针对机器视觉应用开发的软件 NI VBAI(NI Vision
Builder for Automated Inspection)和 NI VA(NI Vision Assistant)进行编程,对智能相机采集的
每帧图片进行处理分析,当检测到胶带出现纵向撕裂迹象,通过上位机控制实现报警或输送
机停车。研究了一种胶带纵向撕裂实时检测方法,并设计了检测系统总体结构及其软硬件。

Research of Inspection System of Belt Longitudinal Tear
Based on NI Machine Vision
Abstract: Coal mine belt conveyor in production application process belt easy to produce
longitudinal tear, in view of this condition, this paper is given a belt longitudinal tear inspection
system based on NI machine vision technology. Use the NI machine vision intelligent camera to
be automatic inspection technology, using two paragraphs in NI machine vision application
development software NI VBAI and NI VA for programming, to the intelligence camera for every
frame of the acquisition of the picture processing, When inspected belt longitudinal tear signs
appear, through the upper machine control and then realizing alarm or conveyor parking analysis.
This paper proposes a belt longitudinal tear real-time inspection method, and detailed description
of the inspection system structure and its hardware and software.
