摘要:随着《STCW 公约马尼拉修正案》的正式生效,国家海事局加强了对轮机人员电气知
识的要求。随着 PLC 控制系统在船用锅炉的广泛应用,轮机人员必须掌握其控制原理。基
于某船用锅炉自动控制的特点,采用 PLC 技术对船用自动控制系统进行了设计和制作,该
系统集自动点火、补水、蒸汽压力双位控制、安全保护等为一体的模拟装置,装置运行可靠、
操作简洁,为教育教学及适任评估提供了便利,实用价值较高。该系统和装置的研制有利于
学生掌握 PLC 锅炉控制原理,为学生今后在船上工作打下扎实的基本功。

Training Simulating System Design of Auto-control Marine
Boiler Based on PLC

Abstract: With the STCW convention Manila amendment formally going into effect, the National
Maritime Bureau strengthen electrical knowledge requirements to marine engineer. For the widely
application of PLC control system on marine boiler, it requests the marine engineer to master the
control principle. Basing on the characteristic of marine boiler, training simulating system of
auto-control marine boiler was designed and made with PLC technology, which is a simulation
device integrating automatic igniting, water feeding, steam pressure on-off controling and safety
protection togher. With running reliable, operating simple, the device provides convenience to the
teaching petence assessment, and has much high practical value. The device helps the
students to master the control principle of PLC boiler. It provides the basic training for the
students future work on ship.
