本课题来源于东风汽车泵业有限公司(45厂)生产实际,通过对生产现场工作状态管理的调查研究,如现场人员管理、设备管理、物料管理、信息管理等,收集所需要的基础数据,设计出比较完整的车间现场管理优化改善方案。
首先了解水泵装配线的工艺流程和物流现状,然后运用IE技术和精益生产对设备布局、人员管理、信息管理所存在的问题进行研究改善。
对现场管理的改善主要是从设备的布局改善开始,通过运用设备布局的基本理念对设备布局进行改善,达到布局的合理化、物流的通畅化,然后运用精益生产中5S管理、看板管理、标准作业、目视管理等手段对现场的人员、信息、物料管理进行改善优化,从而达到消除现场浪费,提高生产效率和效益、降低库存和成本的目的。

Abstract
The issue stems from Dongfeng Motor Pump Co., Ltd (45 plants) production,the scene through the work of state management of production study,such as staff management、equipment management、Information management、materials management and so on ,and study the date to design a perfect improvement program for Workshop.
First, understand the water pump assembly line process and logistics of the status quo. Then use the IE technology and the lean production to solve the problem of equipment layout, staff management, information management and so on.
Site management improvement is optimized on the equipment layout first, carry on the basic idea of the equipment layout improvement on the equipment layout, and achieve the rationalization layout, the unobstructed flow, then use the lean production to improve the staff management、equipment management、Information management and materials management ,such as the 5S management, Kanban management, standard work and so on, thus eliminates the scene waste, enhances the production efficiency and the benefit, reduces the stock and the cost goal.
