摘要
提升设备是煤矿生产的大型机电设备,担负着连通地面和矿井的重要任务。提升机运行的可靠性对于煤矿生产非常重要。但是在煤矿生产中,由于提升容器位置跟踪定位的不准确而造成的事故很多。论文采用高性能的相位式激光测距技术来对提升容器进行定位,利用数字信号处理技术,解决提升容器跟踪定位的准确性和可靠性问题。
论文在论述了相位式激光测距技术原理、快速傅里叶变换和采样定理及其应用的基础上,构建了提升容器激光定位系统的整体结构,设计和调试了以MSP430F449为核心的主控制电路、基于直接数字频率合成(DDS)技术的标准信号发生电路、激光的驱动和调制电路、接收回波的信号放大和解调电路、回波信号的混频和采集电路等;编制和成功调试了系统的主程序流程、测距信号的数据采集、基于FFT的相位测量程序、MSP430F449的显示和串口通信程序等;实现了测尺的标准调制信号和本振信号的产生、测尺信号的激光驱动和调制、测量信号的放大和解调,通过数据采集和基于FFT的相位检测方法得到提升容器在井筒中的位置,并在12864液晶模块上显示,测量结果可通过RS-232和RS-485传送到上位机。
论文还论述了系统硬件电路板设计中应注意的问题,并对硬件调试中常遇到的问题提出了简单可行的解决方法。

ABSTRACT
Mine hoisting equipment is a mechanical and electrical equipment for coal production, it bears the important task of connecting ground and mine tunnel. Mine hoisting equipment works on lifting coal, decentralization of material and the reliability of the operation of the hoisting equipment is very in coal production,there are lots of accident because of uracy locating of tracking and of traditional positioning device limiting the accuracy and stability.
