题目: 针织电脑横机产品开发与疵点分析
摘要
近年来,随着毛针织行业的发展,电脑横机将逐步占领大部分横机市场。目前,我国许多针织企业引进了先进的针织电脑横机,这对针织工业设备的更新换代及新产品的开发起到了推动作用,然而部分企业技术力量有限,不能充分发挥电脑横机的功能,只可以生产普通面料,不能开发出适应市场的新产品,难以适应市场变化的需求。在电脑横机的产品生产过程中会遇到各种实际问题,布面产生各种疵点,这就需要技术人员结合知识经验与实际情况尽可能快的找出原因,分析疵点,以提高生产效率。
本文着重介绍电脑横机的基本知识、针织电脑横机新型面料的开发、针织电脑横机织物疵点分析及机器保养。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, with the development of the wool knitting industry, computer flat knitting machine will gradually occupy most of the flat knitting machine market. At present, many knitting enterprises in our country has introduced the advanced knitting flat knitting puter, the knitting industrial upgrading of equipment and function to promote the development of new products, but part of the enterprise technical force is limited, can't give full play to the function puter flat knitting machine, can produce only ordinary fabrics, cannot be developed to adapt to market new products, it is difficult to adapt to changing market demand. In the process puter flat knitting machine production will encounter all sorts of practical problems, cloth to produce all kinds of defect, which requires technical bined with the knowledge experience and the actual situation as soon as possible find out reason, analyze defects, in order to improve production efficiency.
This paper introduce the basic knowledge puter flat knitting machine, the development of new fabrics puter flat knitting machine and knitting fabric defect puter flat knitting machine and machine maintenance.
