摘要
饲料加工行业的发展极大地推动了社会的进步和发展。在改善生存条件的同时,也带来了许多环境污染问题。为使环境和工业实现可持续发展,世界各国都在研究各种新技术来改善饲料加工与环境的协调性。本次环评通过对吉林龙升饲料有限公司建设项目进行详细的工程分析,确定该项目“三废”排放情况和噪声情况,在区域大气、地表水、噪声等环境现状评价和环境影响预测基础上,在区域污染物总量控制及对本项目污染物排放实行合理分配的原则指导下,通过对该项目“三废”和噪声污染治理措施的技术可行性和经济合理性的论证分析,从而确定项目是否可行。建设项目环境影响的综合评价结果认为,本项目在采取必要的污染防治措施后,可以实现各类污染物达标排放,建设项目可行。

ABSTRACT
Feed processing industry promoted the social progress and development greatly. At the same time of improving survival conditions also brought many environmental pollution problems. For environmental and industrial realize sustainable development, countries in the world to research various new technology to improve coordination of Feed processing and the environment. This Environmental Impact Assessment which respect to new energy cars pilot base of JiLinLong liters pany will make sure the emissions of ‘three wastes’ through detailed engineering analysis and noise of the project. This will base on the regional atmospheric, surface water, noise of the prediction on environmental assessment and environmental impact, on regional pollutants control and the principle of the implement reasonable distribution to pollutant discharge of this project, and then through the argument and analysis on the project of "three wastes" and noise pollution control measures of technical feasibility and economical rationality to consider the feasibility of this project. prehensive evaluation results of this project consider that various kinds of pollutants discharged standard would be achieved after taking the necessary pollution control measures,the construction project is feasible.
