影响压力传感器温度特性的因素分析

摘要:压力传感器性能易受温度变化的影响,从而增加了测量结果的误差。文中通过对压力传感器工作原理及
结构的介绍,理论分析了影响压力传感器温度特性的因素,并建立一套压力传感器变温校验系统,进而通过实验说明
了温度变化对压力传感器信号输出的影响。同时,也对目前国内在低温环境下压力传感器的应用及研究情况进行了
介绍。

Abstract: The performance of p ressure transducer can be affected by temperature easily, which results in the increase of measure
ment error. The factors of the effect on temperature characteristic of p ressure transducer are analyzed in the paper by introduction of
work p rincip le and structure theoretically. Temperature - changeable calibration system of p ressure transducer is designed, which ex
p lains the effect of temperature change to signal export of p ressure transducer. The current app lication and study of p ressure transducer
at low temperature are also mended.

1 前言
压力传感器作为测试压力参数的主要仪器,在宇航、航空、石油和化工等部门的生产和科研中都发挥着
重要的作用。但是,一般的压力传感器受温度变化的影响很大,特别在低温高压环境下,压力传感器应变材
料的电阻率、压阻系数、泊松比及弹性模量等因素都将会发生变化,直接导致测试结果与实际情况产生极大
的差异,因此普通的压力传感器根本无法准确测量。
目前在低温测
