划是企业获取并保持竞争优势的重要手段。本文从分析商新技术企业及其人力资源管理的特点着手,探讨了高新技术企业如何根据企业的整体战略
目标,以提高员工满意度为指导,制定企业的人力资源规划,并提出了高

新技术企业的人力资源需求、分析及平衡模式,最后进行了实证研究。)‘

第一章为绪论,阐述了本课题的研究背景及意义。第二章通过分析高
新技术企业及其管理的特征。概述了高新技术企业人力资源管理的重要地位及其特殊性。第三章阐述了人力资源规划的一般性原理,并指出了人力资源规划在人力资源管理中的重要性。第四章是全文的重点,构建了具有高新技术企业特色的人力资源规划体系,并提出了人力资源的需求、供给及平衡分析模式。第五章是高新技术企业人力资源规划体系的应用,笔者针对山东省某高新技术企业进行了实证研究。在第六章里,得出本文的结论,并指出了本文尚需完善之处。

ABSTRACT
It is well known that the high—new tech emerpfise has a strategic station during the development of economy in our nation,and that its human resource planning can be an important means to obtain and retain the advantage of
analyzing the characteristics of the high—new tech enterprise
and its human resource management,this thesis probes into the way in which
the high·new tech enterprise sets up its human resource planning according to
its overall strategic goals and the satisfaction·oriented principle,and brings forward the patterns of human resource demand,supply,and their balance, which眦supported by author’S field study.
Chapter One is the introduction,which describes the background and the meaning of this Two summarizes the importance and particularity of human resource management in the high·new tech enterprise,
by analyzing the characteristics of the higIl-new tcch emerpfise and its Three summarizes mon principle of human resource planning,and points OUt the importance which human resource planning is of tO human resource Four is the most
important part of this thesis,which constructs a system of human resource
planning in the high-new tech enterprise,including the demand,supply,and their balance Five is the application of the above system to a high-new tech enterprise in Shandong last,this th髂is ends in Chapter Six,which includes the conclusion and the aspects that needs
impmving.
