摘要
信息技术的发展促进了教育改革的深入,网络环境下教育资源的建设是教育信息化的重要方面,专题学习网站是信息化教育资源建设的一种新形式,具有针对性强、专题知识丰富、交互性好等特点。目前,面向普通中小学和大学、高职的专题学习网站比较多、也比较成熟,而面向中等职业学校的专题学习网站则颇为缺乏,为了促进中等职业学校电子商务重点专业的建设和发展、为学生和教师提供一个基于网络环境的教与学的交互平台,我们以电子商务网页制作为中心制作了《ebwebcity》即《网页学城》专题学习网站。
该网站在Microsoft 2000 Server环境中开发,采用了目前非常流行的Browser/Server三层结构软件构造技术,前台页面系统采用Dreamweaver MX开发,后台管理系统采用ASP动态网站开发技术开发(主要采用了Vbscript语言和少量的Javascript语言),数据库采用了Microsoft Access 2000开发。
目前多数专题学习网站比较重视知识的组织结构和协作学习方式的提供,但对学生的学习管理和综合评价则考虑较少,为了使我们的网站方便实用,在网站管理系统设计上采用了六大模块,即:用户管理、资源管理、课程设计项目管理、在线调查与评价管理、论坛管理、管理员管理。
本专题学习网站管理系统的主要特点有:实用方便、易于操作;资源丰富、易于查找;用户注册权限管理功能;在线调查和在线评价功能;课程设计项目管理功能;整个系统具有良好的开放性和可扩展性。
本文将介绍本网站管理系统的功能设计、数据库设计并详细介绍用户子系统、资源子系统、在线调查与评价子系统的主要技术实现。

Abstract
The development of Information Technology has promoted deepening of Educational Reform, and the construction of Educational Resources based the environment work is an important respect in Educational Informatization, so the website of special topic studies is a new form in the Informatization Educational Resources’ construction, and It is special, professional, and alternant. At present the website of special topic studies which has been made for the middle and primary schools and the High-Vocational colleges and the universities are abundant, however the special topics of the medium vocational schools are rather scarce. In order to develop the merce major in the medium vocational schools, and to provide teachers and students with a mutual platform on learning and teaching work, With the webpage-designing subject of the merce major as center, we construct "ebwebcity" website (whether namely " the center of learning to design webpage " ).
We design the website based Microsoft 2000 Server, having applying the technology of the Browser/Server three layers system to construct the structure of the design the webpage of it in Dreamweaver MX as the surface part, and we design ebweb
