[ 摘要] 目的:对促黄体生成激素释放激素(luteinizing
hormone-releasing hormone,LHRH)类似物及其制剂的研究进行综述。
方法:综合国内外相关文献报道,对 LHRH 类似物的分类、药理作用、
在前列腺癌治疗方面的应用及其制剂的研究进行综述。结果:LHRH
类似物的药理作用较为广泛,其剂型主要为埋植剂和微球,二者相比,
微球制剂具有更大的优势。结论:LHRH 类似物微球制剂必将拥有更
大的应用前景。

[Abstract] Objective: This article reviewed the development of LHRH
analogues and their formulations. Methods: This article focused on the

cancer of LHRH analogues and their formulations, including implants and
microspheres. Results: LHRH analogues had extensive clinical
applications and the main formulations were implants and microspheres.
Microspheres had much broader advantages over implants. Conclusion:
Microspheres of LHRH analogues could be applied in clinical use much
prehensively.
