钙矾石结晶化抑制剂对膨胀剂膨胀率的

摘要:本文通过砂浆棒长度实验,研究了不同掺量钙矾石结晶化抑制剂对硫铝酸盐膨胀剂膨胀性能的抑制
效果,证实了钙矾石结晶化抑制剂对膨胀的抑制是有效的;随着抑制剂掺量的增加,抑制效果先增强后减
弱;并提出了抑制剂的合理掺量,以 %-%为宜。

Abstract: In this paper, the length of mortar was tested and different inhibitor dosages were used to determine the
effect of ettringite crystallization inhibitors on expansion and to identify the suitable inhibitor dosage. The results
show that: it’s effective to lower expansion incorporated inhibitors; with increasing of inhibitor dosages, the
inhibition effect is enhanced but weakened later; and the best content will be about %-%.

0 前言
钙矾石是混凝土收缩补偿和水泥的早强快硬所利用的组分,但它具有两面性,除了有利
的补偿收缩性[1]外,还有有害的膨胀破坏性。在利用其补偿收缩特性时,若忽视其生成与稳
定条件,则有可能会带来负面的影响[2-5]。如:道路、大坝等众多结构的硬化浆体在后期发
