摘要
文章第一部分绪论主要引出主题并介绍有关本科生导师制的理论基础及政策依
据。从 2002 年北京大学、浙江大学推行本科生导师制人才培养模式开始,各地大学
纷纷效仿实施该模式,但是本科生导师制在推行的过程中遇到了诸多困难和问题,收
到的效果也不甚理想,所以本文旨在研究适合本科生的导师制人才培养模式的构建,
从导师的选拔到整个过程的执行、监督、考核全面完善实施体系的构建。
文章第二部分首先阐述了不同本科生导师制人才培养模式的概念,并且对其优缺
点进行了比较分析。接下来以案例研究的方式,分别分析了牛津大学、剑桥大学、北
京大学、中国青年政治学院以及苏州大学推行的本科生导师制人才培养模式,并且通
过比较找出国内推行的本科生导师制与国外存在的差距,以此为借鉴,探讨适合首都
经济贸易大学现状的本科生导师制人才培养模式和实施体系。
文章的第三部分通过对于首都经济贸易大学本科生导师制推行现状的调查,分析
首都经济贸易大学推行的导师制取得了的成果和存在的问题,并在此基础上探讨适合
首都经济贸易大学现状的本科生导师制人才培养模式和实施体系。
文章的第四部分提出了文章的结论以及创新点。提出现在可以适当放开手脚在首
都经济贸易大学推行本科生导师制,但仍要依据各院系的实际状况而定。
文章的最后指出本文还尚需探讨的一些问题。

ABSTRACT

The first part of this paper introduces the subject theories and policy causes about
tutorial system. Peking University and Zhejiang University started to carry out the tutorial
system when 2002, universities from all over the country began to carry out it gradually.
But the result is not good enough. So this paper is to analyze the appropriate tutorial
system that fits to the undergraduate students.
The second part is to analyze the concept of different kind of tutorial system. And then
analyze the fact of tutorial system in university of Oxford, university of Cambridge, Peking
university, china youth university for political sciences and Soochow university. Based on
finding the gap between the advanced universities and the universities in our country, we
can discuss the appropriate tutorial system for Capital University of economic and
business.
The third part analyzes the fact of tutorial system in Capital University of economic
and business and discusses the result and problems of it. Finally, the paper introduces the
appropriate tutorial system for Capital University of economic and business.
The forth part introduces the conclusion and creative ideas. We can carry out the
tutorial system gradually according to the curren
