Basic requirements: Hot Work Permit is required for any work that requires the use of Hot work equipment. This applies to TFC employees and Sub-contractors.

Roles & Responsibilities - Managers and Supervisors 经理和主管
To coach and assure that this procedure municated to all relevant employees and personnel. 确保对所有相关的员工和个人进行程序的培训和传达。
To assure that the specified work requirements and practices in this procedure are implemented and maintained. 确保本程序中的特殊工作要求和习惯的实施和维护。
To recognize employees who conform and correct those who do not.

Roles & Responsibilities - Permit Applicant 申请人
Implement and ensure pliance of this procedure.

Ensure that the performing Employees/ Contractors petent and trained prior to assuming duties relating to hot work operation.
在从事相关动火操作之前,保证操作人员/承包商具有相应的能力并接受过培训
Assess the possibility of performing the involved hot work operation within the designated hot work location.
评价在设计动火区域内动火作业操作的可能性
Ensure that the safety requirements and permit conditions are met and verify that the location is suitable to carry out the works.
确保安全要求及许可条件符合并进行调整使得动火区域适合进行该工作。
Ensure the presence of a fire watch when the work is carried out.
确保现场进行动火作业时有消防监控员
Ensure a valid hot work permit is issued before mences.
确保工作开始之前得已发放有效的动火作业许可证。
Validate the extension of the Permit if the work is required to be extended into the next shift.
如果需要的工作将延长到下一阶段,相应的动火作业许可证也要延长。
