财务软件伴随着信息技术的发展以及管理思想的不断创新而不断发展,利用计算机及网络加强与拓展传统财务信息系统的职能进入了一个加速阶段。从最初的DOS平台到Windows、Unix平台,数据库从dBASE、FoxPro再到SQLServer、Sybase、Oracle等大型数据库,系统结构也基本上建立在C/S甚至B/S结构上。
广电集团财务管理系统应该实现以下的功能:精确信息反馈,有效支持预算管理决策,真正实现对下属单位费用分层管理,分级控制;真正了解企业预算管理情况,通过预算分析为预算调整和来年的预算编制提供有效的支持;希望有效推行制定好的企业财务预算,降低不必要的运营成本;希望用款过程流程化、可控化;希望合理分配资金资源,杜绝人员***、浪费;希望由总部统一控制各分支机构的费用支出。
技术进行开发,使用VS2005集成开发环境进行程序的编写,数据库采用微软大型的SQL2005数据库系统来存放数据信息。
