摘要目的探讨直肠癌患者围手术期的护理特点。-。通过加强围手术期的护理,做好做好患者术前得心里护理,积极治疗伴发的糖尿病,高血压,冠心病及营养不良等慢性疾病,有效的肠道准备,术后密切观察病情变化,注意心肺功能及血糖的监测,保持各种引流管的通畅,鼓励患者早期下床活动。结果术后发生吻合口瘘1例,切口感染2例,肺部感染1例,肠粘连2例,无手术死亡。结论加强直肠癌围手术期的护理,能使患者平稳度过了围手术期,降低手术后并发症的发生,提高了手术的效果。
Summary objective characteristics of peri-operative nursing care of patients with rectal cancer. Randomly I - method using statistics method in the treatment of 50 cases of patients with rectal cancer information. By strengthening the perioperative nursing, nursing before operation in patients with active treatment with diabetes, high blood pressure, chronic diseases such as coronary heart disease and malnutrition, effective bowel preparation, close observation of postoperative condition changes, attention to the heart and lung function and blood glucose monitoring, maintaining drainage tubes patency, encourage activities early out of bed. 1 result of postoperative anastomotic fistula cases, 2 cases of wound infection, pulmonary infection of 1, 2 cases of intestinal adhesion, without mortality. Nursing care of peri-operative conclusions strengthen rectal cancer, spent the perioperative patients with stable, reducing the occurrence of plications, improves surgery results.
