在煤矿生产过程当中,经常有各种来源的水涌入矿井,称之为矿水。大量的矿水威胁到矿井生产安全的正常进行,突发时轻则影响生产,总导致重大生产安全事故,甚至会造成工作人员伤亡。而在我国的矿井之中,只有很少一部分是干燥的,因此在煤矿开采过程中,为了保证安全生产排水是必不可少的,排水控制系统是矿山作业不可缺少的设备,对保证矿井正常生产起到至关重要的作用。
本文根据许厂煤矿实际情况并针对传统排水普遍存在能耗大、效率低、生产成本高的缺点设计出一套无人值守系统。该系统采用西门子公司生产的S7-300系列PLC并结合各种传感器实时采集水泵系统的各运行参数,通过相应参数的监测,控制各类闸阀等执行器进行相关的操作,从而保证自动控制水泵的合理启停;同时系统通过HMI以图像、数据、文字等方式,直观、形象、实时地反映工作状态以及相应参数,并通过通讯模块与综合监测监控主机实现数据交换,采用工业以太网将中央泵房内水泵机组的运行状态和参数等信息上传到地面控制室,实现工业以太网将中央泵房内水泵机组的运行状态和参数等信息上传到地面控制室,实现该系统的远程操作。最终实现水泵房集中控制系统的无人值守并在用电上实现“避峰填谷”。

Abstrast
In the coal mine production process, often have various sources of water into the mine, known as the mineral water. A large number of mineral water threat to mine production safety to be normal, a burst of light affect production, it leads to serious production safety accidents, or even cause casualties. But in our country 's mine, only a small part is dry, so in the coal mining process, in order to ensure production safety drainage is essential, drainage control system is indispensable equipment in mining operation, to ensure the normal mine production plays an important role in.
According to the actual situation in Xuchang Coal Mine and traditional mon problems of high energy consumption, low efficiency, high production cost disadvantages to design a set of unattended system. The system adopts Siemens S7-300 series produced by bined with a variety of sensors for real-time acquisition of pump system operation parameters, through the corresponding parameter monitoring, control of various kinds of valve, actuator related to the operation, thus ensuring the automatic control pump and reasonable start-stop system through HMI; at the same time, to image data, text and other means, intuitively, image, real-time reflect the working state and the corresponding parameters, and through munication module and the integrated monitoring monitoring host data exchange, using industrial will be the central pump room of water pump unit running
