摘要
心理学家们曾经以各自的标准和原则,对性格类型进行了分类,本文采用了瑞士性格类型学说的心理学家卡尔·古斯塔夫·荣格的分类方法根据个人心理活动倾向性把性格可分为内向型和外向型。本文首先简要说明性格类型的分类及特性,运用性格向性检查表,把研究样本划分为偏内向,中间,外向三种性格类型。然后通过问卷调查的方式,随机调查了河南科技学院学生性格类型和体育健身参与度,考察我院学生性格特征与体育健身参与程度的相关性,结果发现:学生体育健身参与度受性格类型影响,性格越外向,体育健身参与程度越高,这是由于外向性格在学****中更积极主动地参与有关,而内向性格学生羞于在大庭广众之下展现自我,练****过程中无法集中注意力,。因此,教师要针对学生的性格类型等特点,对不同类型的学生,采用不同的教学方法,使所有学生都学有所得。

The Correlation between Our College Students Personality Type and the Degree of Sports Participation
Abstract
Psychologists have classified personality according to their own respective standards and principles . This paper adopt the theory of personality types of Swiss psychologist Carl Gustav Jung classification method which based on personal psychological activity can be divided into the character orientation and introverted export-oriented. This paper briefly explains personality types of classification and characteristics, and then through the questionnaire survey, random survey of Henan Institute of Science and Technology students personality types and sports participation in college students personality traits, and the correlation between students personality and sports participation , the results show that: the participation of extrovert students are higher than introverted students, this due to the students who are extrovert are more actively participate in learning, while introverted nature students are shyly show themselves in public, they couldnot concentrate during the practice process, thereby reducing the times of participating sports. Personality types influence on students participate in sports, the proper direction can promote students to participate and then lead their personalities to the perfect development. Therefore, the teacher must depend on different personality types and characteristics, adopt vary teaching mehods according to the different capabilities of the individual students ,so that the students are given full sc
