【】目的:探讨晚期胆道系统恶性肿瘤的内科治疗效果。方法:研究我院
2013年5月至2016年1月期间随机抽取的45例晚期胆道系统恶性肿瘤患者,
均通过吉丙他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗,分析不同肿瘤治疗效果情况。结果:%; Karnofsky生活质量评上,%的患者提高,% 的患者稳定,下降情况为0%;在治疗不良反应率上,%,%,%,%,谷丙转氨酶偏高为 %。结论:通过吉丙他滨联合奥沙利粕治疗晚期肭道系统恶性肿瘤,可以达到一定治疗效果,但是不良反应情况也较为凸显,还需要不断提升治疗效果。
